Eat Unemployment Model – EUM

‘Unemployment’ is one of the major global consistent crises wherein according to the recent analysis, hundreds of millions are unemployed all over the world and the figure is increasing day by day. It is worthwhile to mention that many developed countries provide support to their unemployed individuals, in shape of monthly unemployment allowance etc. until they get employed. God always bless on those individual (s) who invented / introduced these types of Golden Governance Rules for World’s Peace. All countries should also follow this practice, as a responsibility of the state. Believe it, this act can save countries from a lot of internal issues wherein Social Unlawful Activities, is on top of the list. Majority of countries particularly the developing and under-developed countries cannot afford it due to insufficient resources or majorly, due to misuse and mismanagement of the state funds.

Efforts, in shape of industrialization etc. are being made globally to remove unemployment from the earth, results are also being appeared but pace of unemployment is much faster than the achievements.

Just to add my efforts in the mission, I have a good model. It is ‘Eat Unemployment Model – EUM’, if implemented, it can bring Employment Revolution around the globe and unemployment can be reduced / removed rapidly.

Any Religion, Society or Country neither enforce for Job OR Entrepreneurship nor it should do it so. There must always be a freedom that anyone adopts any positive profession (Job or Entrepreneurship) based on interest, opportunity and financial position etc.

Remember, if we will not eat Unemployment, it will eat us. So, how to eat? And who can eat? Yes, it is the ‘Eat Unemployment Model – EUM’ that teaches us that ‘Who’ can eat Unemployment and ‘How’?

We all know that for a few job opportunities there are always a lot of candidates and employers always face challenges to fill these vacancies among a lot of talent, education and experience. For example, as per the recent surveys / reports, for 5 vacancies there are 6 unemployed candidates, wherein fresh university graduates are also included. If selection of 5 candidates is done so 1 candidate is left jobless. Hence jobless count is accumulating rapidly but on the other side, the opportunity count is increasing very slowly. How to solve this problem? To resolve, first we will have to divide the Labor Force into two Groups as follows:

  1. Financially Strong Labor Force (FSLF)
  2. Regular Labor Force (RLF)

Yes, if FSLF Group thinks and acts differently by choosing Entrepreneurship instead of Job, so this is the group that can eat Unemployment very easily. This community can have both Fresh Graduates and Experienced Individuals.

For example, if 5 doctor jobs are generated in a hospital but the candidates are 6 wherein 5 members relate to RLF Group and 1 member relate to FSLF Group. Now, if 5 members of first group are selected for 5 positions and no vacant position is left for the 1 member of second group but he thinks & acts differently according to the Eat Unemployment Model and he opens his own Clinic (Entrepreneurship) according to his financial strength. So what will happen? Instead of leaving one person jobless as per the normal scenario, 2 more positions consist of 1 Doctor Position and 1 Assistant Position will be created because 1 member of the second group will hire at least 1 Assistant to run his clinic. In this example we have projected the results at minimum but in the real scenarios the number of newly created positions could be much higher in case of more members of second group and higher setup of entrepreneurships etc. Now let’s analyze this example in another way as follows:

Normal Scenario

Step A: 6 Candidates & 5 Vacant Positions

Step B: 5 Vacant Positions are filled with 5 candidates

Result: Shortfall of 1 vacant position that has made 1 candidate as Jobless

Eat Unemployment Model

Step A: 6 Candidates & 5 Vacant Positions

Step B: 5 Vacant Positions are filled by 5 members of RLF Group

Step C: Shortfall of 1 vacant doctor position that has made 1 candidate as Jobless

Step D: 1 member of FSLF Group has opened one clinic and 2 positions consist of 1 Doctor Position and 1 Assistant Positions are created

Result: No shortfall of any vacant position and no one has left jobless but 2 opportunities consist of 1 Doctor and 1 Assistant are created wherein shortfall of Step C is filled by the Doctor and another one opportunity is created for the assistant.

Now comparing the results of both scenarios, fruitful result is apparent of the Eat Unemployment Model. It is the model that can increase the pace of Opportunities Generation against the Labor Force Generation, amazingly.

If this idea is promoted by the governments along with other concerned all over the world and encouragement is given to the labor force particularly the fresh graduates, with the provision of relaxation of different taxes / deductions in running their new businesses for a certain period of initial time so I can guarantee that a time will come very soon when the powerful clouds of Entrepreneurship will shower the heavy rains of Opportunities that will create the Greenery of Prosperity everywhere….

Innovative & Innocent Weed Control in Railways

Weeds (Unwanted / Wild Plants) are one of the major challenges of Railway Industry all over the world. Herbicides, a kind of pesticides are one of the existing Weed Control Methods but these are very hazardous to Environment particularly with respect to contamination of land waters. Less harmful or harmless Herbicides are still debatable. However, efforts are being made globally, by the respective Research & Development Sectors for any acceptable and harmless solution.

Just to take part in this campaign, I have a very Innovative & Innocent Solution that I sincerely hope that will be acceptable to the whole world because of its simplicity & harmlessness. The solution is ‘Road Carpeting Material’. So many advantages of this method along with a few disadvantages are given below.

Advantages

=> Using this material any kind of Railway Surfaces will be covered permanently and there will be very minor chances of any weeds etc.

=> This is permanent solution and there will be no need for any continuous efforts like periodical herbicides sprays etc.

=> This method is 99.99% (approx.) harmless to the Environment.

=> This solution doesn’t require any constant maintenance. However, in case of major breakages etc. remedial patches could be applied.

=> This method will provide a substantial boost to Road Construction Industry.

Disadvantages

=> As compare to herbicides, this method could be costlier.

=> This method can harm the Pesticide Industry, slightly. But the Human Resources involved in herbicides related maintenance etc., could be used for the application and maintenance of this new method along with the Road Constructions Experts / Individuals.
